Luxottica Group has introduced Ray-Ban’s latest collaboration with Chinese KOL Jackson Wang.
The new ‘Team Wang x Ray-Ban’ collection offers a fresh take on the iconic Ray-Ban Aviator style, introducing three new colour combinations, with more models coming soon. The collection is now available in Greater China and in selected travel retail stores, with a global launch planned in September.

The sunglasses feature an engraving of Wang’s signature inside the temple tips and on the packaging. The new collection reflects Ray-Ban’s #Proudtobelong slogan – which is a ‘celebration of a sense of belonging’, according to the company.

Jackson Wang was once an award-winning fencer before pursuing a successful career in music. According to the company, Wang “perfectly embodies” the core values of Ray-Ban’s #Proudtobelong campaign.
The new collaboration forms part of Luxottica’s wider strategy to grow its presence in Asia Pacific, and leverages the influence of local KOLS to increase visibility in the region. It follows the opening of its first permanent standalone store for Ray-Ban in Hong Kong International Airport last June.
