AUSTRALIA. Global hospitality company Delaware North has unveiled an EARL restaurant at Adelaide Airport.
Founded 15 years ago in Melbourne by former Sydneysiders Simon O’Regan and Jackie Middleton, EARL opens in a city that echoes their hospitality backgrounds.
Marking its 14th location, the opening reflects the founders’ professional achievements and EARL’s ongoing development as a brand. This milestone also highlights their commitment to showcasing Australian hospitality excellence on an international level.
Strengthening its local ties, EARL has renewed partnerships with Adelaide-based suppliers, bakers and producers to deliver an authentic Adelaide experience.

EARL offers sourdough breads from local institution Skala, and small goods from Barossa Fine Foods, complemented by a new range of Iced Signature Drinks exclusive to Adelaide.
The opening of EARL Adelaide coincides with the introduction of its updated brand and communications strategy, EARL REAL.
Launched in Melbourne this October, EARL REAL focuses on the brand’s core principles – ‘real good, real fresh, real honest and intentionally crafted’.
The latest opening will feature the new packaging, launching simultaneously with the company’s Melbourne HQ.
Described as a pioneer in super-premium fast-casual dining, the brand featuers a wide array of sandwiches, salads and exclusive Adelaide combos.

The latest EARL launch underscores a long-standing partnership with Delaware North, spanning more than five years and including openings at Melbourne Airport and Marvel Stadium.
Delaware North Managing Director Gary Brown said: “We are thrilled to bring EARL to Adelaide Airport in partnership with Simon, Jackie, and the EARL team. Our nearly 30-year partnership with Adelaide Airport reflects our shared commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences for travellers.
“EARL’s focus on premium, fresh, and local offerings makes them a perfect fit for Adelaide Airport, a gateway to one of Australia’s most celebrated food and wine regions.”
