OMAN. Muscat Duty Free has reported the highest monthly sales in its history in November, marking a milestone for the retailer at Muscat International Airport.
The company noted the record-breaking revenues reflected strong performances across all duty-free categories.

Muscat Duty Free CEO Renat Rozpravka commented, “The record sales reflect the strength of the business and the commitment displayed by the entire team throughout the year.
“The achievement sets a solid foundation for continued growth as the company moves into the new year.”
The performance follows another notable accolade for the retailer: its third consecutive ‘Great Place to Work’ certification. The recognition, the company said, reinforces its progress in building a people-centred culture.

Muscat Duty Free Chief People and Operations Officer Aisha Al Habsi said the achievement demonstrated the company’s cultural momentum.
“Securing Great Place to Work certification for the third time in a row reflects a culture built on trust, openness and teamwork,” she said. “Creating an environment where employees feel valued and supported continues to strengthen performance on the floor.”
Al Habsi added that Muscat Duty Free will continue to invest in people-driven initiatives designed to enhance the retail experience and further elevate Omani hospitality at the airport.
Muscat Duty Free is a 50/50 joint venture between Oman Air and Aer Rianta International (Middle East). ✈
