Rémy Martin celebrates the art of cinema with new limited edition

The Rémy Martin VSOP Cannes Limited Edition comes in a black bottle dressed with gold-coloured celluloid film

FRANCE. Rémy Martin Fine Champagne Cognac, official partner of the Cannes Film Festival for the seventh year, has created a Rémy Martin VSOP Limited Edition specially for the 64th Cannes Film Festival.

Exclusive to global travel retail, it follows the previous launch of the Rémy Martin VSOP Cannes Limited Edition which rolled out in key airports including Nice and Paris. As reported, the limited-edition was packaged in a scarlet wrap reminiscent of the iconic red carpet.

This time, the Rémy Martin VSOP Cannes Limited Edition 1.5 litre magnum comes in a black bottle dressed with gold-coloured celluloid film “to celebrate the golden era of cinema”, the company said.

Just 700 individually numbered bottles will be available exclusively in travel retail and duty free outlets in major airports worldwide from March to May 2011. A one-litre limited edition will also be available.

Rémy Cointreau Global Travel Retail will present the new bottle at the IAADFS Duty Free Show of the Americas next month (Stand number: 113).

The 64th annual Cannes Film Festival is scheduled to be held from 11-22 May.
