Rituals returns to Orlando as US development continues apace

Mid-market lifestyle company Rituals Home and Body Cosmetics – one of the fastest-growing beauty brands of its kind in Europe – will once again be exhibiting at the IAADFS Duty Free Show of the Americas in Orlando (Stand: 1923). Rituals made its debut at this event in 2014.

“We exhibited at the IAADFS exhibition last year for the first time, and we found it an extremely effective way to introduce ourselves to the travel retail industry in North America,” noted Neil Ebbutt, Director Wholesale and Travel for Rituals Cosmetics.

A selection of Rituals’ new merchandising units will be on display at this year’s IAADFS show

“As we start to expand our presence and profile in North American travel retail, then events like IAADFS become even more important for us.”

At this year’s event the brand will showcase its latest store merchandising furniture, by building its exhibition stand from these units. “It’s a great opportunity not just to present our products but also the extremely high-quality, bespoke, display furniture that goes with them,” added Ebbutt.

Rituals is committing to expanding its presence in the Americas, following its debut on the US domestic market in December 2013, via two stores in the Upper West Side and SoHo neighbourhoods of New York City, and nationwide distribution in Barney’s.

As previously reported, in late 2014 the brand won the prestigious Women’s Wear Daily award for “˜Best Speciality Retailer of the Year’ in the US. In 2015 Rituals will open a further five stores on the US domestic market, and announce listings with Americas-based global airlines and hotel operators. Furthermore, there are plans to open at least five domestic stores in Brazil.
