Safe Bag Canada extends Vancouver Airport luggage services contract

CANADA. Luggage protection company Safe Bag Canada has extended its travel services contract at Vancouver International Airport for a further three years. The company supplies baggage protection and tracing services to travellers.

Trawell says that its luggage service activities are beginning again as its airport partners reopen their facilities

Rudolph Gentile, Chairman of Safe Bag parent company Trawell Co Group, said: “We are excited to be able to continue our collaboration with Vancouver Airport – a progressive airport where we can offer our brand new luggage sanitisation service, in addition to our concierge and traceability services. This renewal is a good omen for the relaunch of activities. In fact, we recently resumed operations at Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport, and plan to begin operations again in other important airports in the first week of July.”

Vancouver is Canada’s second largest airport, serving 26.4 million passengers in 2019. Of these, 13.7 million were on international flights.
