USA. Seattle-Tacoma International Airport is to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) for its duty free concession in January. In advance, a special ‘Duty Free Industry Day’ will take place for potential partners at the airport on 24 October.
The airport company is marketing the opportunity via The Moodie Davitt Report from today (see banner on our home page and a special advertisement in our October Magazine, available in digital format and in hard copy at TFWA World Exhibition).
The Industry Day later this month begins at 10am local time and represents an opportunity for potential retail partners, ACDBE businesses, designers and contractors to review the review the Concourse A (international departures) space and to assess the design and construction requirements.
Registration is available until 21 October with a link via the QR code listed in our advertisements.
Dufry is the incumbent duty free retailer.
