US. Sheaffer Pen will unveil its newest fine writing instrument finishes at the Paperworld trade show in Frankfurt, Germany from 31 January to 3 February (Stand number: D12 in hall 3.1).
“Sheaffer will introduce new finishes to two of its very popular product lines, Sheaffer Agio Frost and the Sheaffer Gift Collection – Sheaffer 100. These additions will appeal to men, women, business executives and working professionals alike,” said Sheaffer Pen General Manager Tim Williams.
“Both the Agio Frost and the Sheaffer 100 make wonderful gifts, perfect for those who enjoy communicating their personal sense of style through accessories,” he added.
Agio Frost
The new Agio colour palette for spring 2009 consists of shimmering pastel finishes that are suitable for the ladies. The frosted pink, frosted lilac, and frosted blue finishes are complemented by nickel plate trim.
The new Agio finishes are offered in fountain pen, roller ball and ballpoint modes.
The fountain pen has a suggested retail price (SRP) of US$60 and features a stainless steel nib with medium or fine point grade for smooth, flowing writing.
The roller ball has a SRP of US$50 and provides the “luxurious feel of ink on paper”, and like the fountain pen, features a textured resin grip for added comfort when writing.
The ballpoint, which has a SRP of US$45, features an easy twist action mechanism as well as a PDA stylus.
All writing instruments bear the Sheaffer White Dot of quality and prestige and come packaged in a Sheaffer luxury gift box. They also come with the Sheaffer limited three-year warranty.

Sheaffer Gift Collection Series – Sheaffer 100
The Sheaffer 100 new matte navy, matte gray, and matte black finishes are set off by nickel plate trim. Available as a ballpoint and pencil set with a SRP of US$45, or as an individual ballpoint (SRP: $25), these writing instruments have a cigar-shaped, medium-width profile that is said to be balanced and comfortable to hold.
The ballpoint features a smooth twist-action mechanism for maximum convenience, and the pencil features a protective sleeve to guard against breakage of the pencil lead.
Appealing to both men and women, the new Sheaffer 100 finishes come packaged in a premium gift box and include the Sheaffer limited one-year warranty.
