Shiseido’s new Ultimate Regenerating Serum |
FRANCE. Shiseido has extended its upscale Future Solution franchise with a new product, called Future Solution LX Ultimate Regenerating Serum. It will be available from September.
Introduced in 2009, the Future Solution LX line features Skingenecell 1P, described by the brand as a new approach to skin science, which increases cell vitality and fundamentally improves skin quality. The new Ultimate Regenerating Serum is said to amplify the power of Skingenecell 1P, by delivering it in a concentrated form.
Shiseido’s new Condensed Capsule Technology expands the potential of Skingenecell 1P to improve skin’s quality from the core. The result is a plumped, more youthful looking complexion, with increased radiance and clarity, according to the brand.
“When we identified the function of a protein called Serpin b3, we discovered its negative effect on skin,” explained Chika Katagiri, of Shiseido’s Research Centre, in Japan. “Now we see its relationship to the weakening of the Defense Regulating Program, which is key to beautiful, healthy looking skin. This is a breakthrough in being able to fortify the weakness that allows signs of skin ageing to accelerate.”
Delivering Skingenecell 1P in a high concentration significantly decreases the amount of Serpin b3 in the skin. This optimally restores skin cells and strengthens them against accumulated damage, Shiseido maintains. Skingenecell 1P therefore eliminates cellular stress, allowing skin to look and feel healthier and more beautiful.
Other key ingredients include Japanese Uji green tea extract, for antioxidant protection, and a Soft Glow Powder to even out the skin tone.
Shiseido Future Solution LX Ultimate Regenerating Serum should be applied morning and night to cleansed skin, in a lifting motion from the jaw line to the cheek and eye area.
