Cruise retail specialist Harding is showcasing its offer with a series of impressive videos in its ship-shaped virtual suite in the Cruise Jetty zone of the Virtual Travel Retail Expo.

The videos firmly underline the high-quality onboard retail experiences and stores – from small specialised boutiques to large multi-category open plan retail spaces – which Harding has become renowned for through its history.

Harding has a growing estate of over 300 stores on 75+ cruise ships. Its vision is to be the global leader in onboard retailing and services, based on solid commercial performance and partnerships.

This, the company says, will be achieved by its focus on a joint understanding of what exactly is required to delight customers with a world-class ‘new normal’ shopping experience that offers relevant brands, great service and innovative customer experiences.

The Princess Cruises fleet will feature expansive retail offers managed by Harding following a recently completed agreement

Harding works with many of the world’s most prestigious brands to bring exclusive products, luxury items and duty free offers to its wide range of customers.

The company’s market knowledge, brand-led approach and unstinting focus on innovation has enabled it to be the first retailer to bring brands such as Jo Malone, Radley, Carat London, Coccinelle, Olivia Burton, Le Specs, Katie Loxton and Mikimoto to sea.

Recent business wins for Harding include a new agreement with Princess Cruises to manage the cruise company’s retail offer across its 14-vessel fleet. The landmark agreement also covers three new ships, with the first taking to the seas from 2022.

Harding Chief Commercial Officer Matthew Hodges was among the guests in a compelling panel session on the cruise sector in the Knowledge Hub at the Virtual Travel Retail Expo. Watch Resilience and Renewal as the Cruise Business Returns by clicking the video link above.
