SINGAPORE. The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) has issued a tender for a chocolate/candy/delicatessen concession at Singapore Changi airport departure/check-in hall central, terminal two.
Bids close on 17 February. The three-year contract begins on 1 May 2004 and runs until 30 April 2007.
