SWITZERLAND/INTERNATIONAL. Stefano Menegotto has been appointed Senior Vice President Onboard Revenue for Swiss global cruise line MSC Cruises. He joins after 18 years at LVMH-owned Starboard Cruise Services, where he performed a variety of senior retail roles.
Menegotto’s most recent position at Starboard was as Vice President & Managing Director for the EMEA/APAC region.
Earlier in his career, he spent seven years with eyewear company Luxottica (now EssilorLuxottica).
Announcing his new post on LinkedIn, Menegotto said: “After a memorable journey of almost 19 years at Starboard Cruise Services, for which I will always be thankful, this week marked the beginning of an new exciting chapter with MSC Cruises.
“What MSC Cruises has achieved in the past decade is simply outstanding, delivering the most remarkable growth in the entire cruise industry.
