Tailwind Hospitality reveals duo of F&B venues at Indiana’s Fort Wayne International Airport

USA. Tailwind Hospitality has unveiled its first two concessions at Indiana’s Fort Wayne International Airport. Bar/restaurant Hop River Brewing and Bon Bon’s Coffee, which incorporates a market area, have opened adjacently as part of the travel hub’s East Terminal Expansion Project.

The new food & beverage space features open-concept seating, a large bar area serving Hop River’s local beer selections, a kitchen area with all fresh equipment, a point-of-sales system and a shared counter for easy ordering from either concession.

Brewery Hop River Brewing and Bon Bon’s Coffee, which has four downtown locations, are both local Fort Wayne brands.

Fort Wayne Airport Authority (FWAA) said: “These openings continue FWA’s commitment to serving as Northeast Indiana’s airport by bringing local dining options to the terminal. These new concessions will enhance the passenger experience at FWA, offering local flavours and high-quality options that complement the airport’s broader East Terminal Expansion.”

A new public access airport lounge is planned to open close to the two F&B concessions in the near future, FWAA revealed.

Tailwind Hospitality now operates retail and F&B outlets across nearly 60 airports in the USA.  ‍
