TÜRKIYE/INTERNATIONAL. TAV Operation Services has advanced its global learning and development strategy through a strategic collaboration with Atelier CX, the consulting division of Forbes Travel Guide.
The company, part of TAV Airports and Groupe ADP, said the new partnership reinforces its focus on service excellence across premium airport hospitality operations worldwide.

The collaboration represents the next phase of TAV Operation Services’ long-term commitment to embedding consistency, human connection and globally aligned service standards across its international portfolio.
Under the agreement, Atelier CX will support the integration of globally recognised hospitality methodologies into the airport environment, strengthening TAV Operation Services’ existing learning and development ecosystem.
The engagement is designed to align service standards, enhance advanced capability building and support experiential learning across the company’s core operational markets.
Three-pillar framework
The partnership reinforces TAV Operation Services’ established three-pillar global learning and development framework.
This is anchored in a unified service culture and hospitality mindset focused on empathy, respect, inclusion and human connection, while remaining sensitive to local cultural contexts.

A second pillar centres on consistent delivery of service excellence across premium touchpoints, including lounges, fast track, meet & greet, porter services and airport hotels, with Atelier CX contributing recognised service standards and methodologies to daily operations.
The third pillar is a continuous, year-round internal learning framework combining in-person, virtual and digital training programmes tailored to different roles, experience levels and development pathways.
The enhanced strategy will be implemented through in-person learning sessions across TAV Operation Services’ network of 70 locations in 20 countries.
These sessions will be complemented by quarterly virtual programmes aimed at ensuring consistency and continuous development across markets.
TAV Airports Holding Chief Commercial Officer and TAV Operation Services CEO Aude Ferrand commented, “Building on the strong foundations we have already established, this next phase of our learning and development journey further strengthens our service culture and reinforces our commitment to people, care and consistency.
