TFWA boosts its visual appeal with new-look website

INTERNATIONAL. The Tax Free World Association (TFWA) has unveiled its new-look website www.tfwa.com, which has been redesigned with clarity, accessibility and easier navigation in mind.

The association said the site’s one-page format prioritises clarity and visual appeal with key points that stand out.

The new home-page boasts a simpler, cleaner layout with key navigation points to membership, events and resources

Text in the revised user interface is concise and its enhanced structure allows content to be layered, displaying headline information first which viewers can click through to view further details.

The TFWA has introduced a Resource Centre offering access to a wide range of media in different formats.

The Resource Centre features videos, press releases, photos, interviews and the TFWA Handbook among other media

Other improvements include better integration with social media, faster and more accurate search results plus greater focus on duty free and travel retail as an industry in the site content.

A new FAQ facility for each section provides responses to common queries.
