TAIWAN. Tasa Meng Corporation underlined its commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility by providing free medical check-ups at Kaoshiung International Airport last month.
The travel retailer worked with Kaoshiung International Airport and Kaohsiung Municipal Siaogang Hospital to offer the complimentary check-ups for passengers, friends and families, and staff on 18 December.
“We believe prevention is better than cure,” said Tasa Meng Corporation General Manager Gary Chau. “The earlier discovery of potential health problems helps to reduce the risk of serious and sudden problems. This will also help to lower the cost of medical cost if we can discover illness for early treatment.”
