USA. US airport concessionaire The Grove, Inc. (TGI) has opened six food & beverage locations at Las Vegas McCarran International Airport.
The brand mix consists of TGI’s proprietary brands Fresh Market On The Go and Lucky Streak; popular east-coast franchise Jersey Mike’s Subs; hotdog brand Nathan’s Famous; and Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen.
“Our brand mix at McCarran International Airport is a testament to the food trends found in airports across the country – fresh, made-to-order products served in visually appealing food & beverage environments,” said TGI President & CEO Michelle Dukler.

Lucky Streak is inspired by the lively Las Vegas bar scene |
Lucky Streak at LAS is TGI’s proprietary luxury bar concept inspired by the lively dining and gambling scene of the Las Vegas strip. Dukler said TGI highlighted design trends found throughout the Vegas bar scene creating an upbeat, yet relaxing atmosphere for travellers and tourists.
Jersey Mike’s Subs serves authentic East Coast-style subs on freshly baked bread with a signature sauce combining olive oil, red wine vinegar and spices.
Fresh Market On The Go is TGI’s proprietary grab & go concept, offering upscale, healthy food such as gourmet salads, sandwiches, fine chocolates and healthy sweet options.
Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen serves pizza, homemade pasta, authentic Italian main dishes, salads and speciality items. The concept features a contemporary Italian kitchen design, with pizza and cooking ovens.
Nathan’s Famous is a popular, well-established national hotdog brand.
