QATAR. More top executives from the aviation and travel retail sectors have been confirmed to join the outstanding programme for The Trinity Forum 2026, taking place on 5-6 February in Doha.
The world’s most influential airport commercial revenues conference will be hosted by Qatar Airways, Hamad International Airport and Qatar Duty Free.
Bringing the airport hospitality perspective is Airport Dimensions Chief Growth Officer Chris Gwilliam.
With over 25 years in the hospitality sector, Gwilliam drives revenue growth, strategic partnerships and network expansion for the global airport experience specialist.

Before joining Airport Dimensions, he held key development strategy roles at fast-growth brands, including Pret a Manger and Snap Kitchen.
Gwilliam will join Lima Airport Partners Chief Commercial Officer Norbert Onkelbach for a panel focused on ‘No Place for Airport Silos any Longer – Integrating Lounges with the Commercial Offer’.
Another key addition to the programme is Bangalore International Airport Ltd Vice President Commercial Pravat Paikray, who also serves as Dufry Retail India Board Director and Bengaluru Airport Services Head.
Paikray leverages over 20 years of retail and hospitality experience to lead non-aeronautical revenue growth and major airport expansion initiatives.
He previously held roles at Levi’s, Fossil, VF Corporation, Arvind Brands, Future Group and Bombay Dyeing, with experience across India, Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
Paikray is contributing his expertise to a panel exploring ‘Localisation and Cultural Storytelling in Retail’.

Joining him is Luigi Battuello, Chief Commercial Officer of SEA Milan Airports, who will also contribute his insights to the discussion.
He joined the airport company in 2010 as Non-Aviation Commercial Director, tasked with growing non-aeronautical revenues, and was promoted in October 2024 to his current role, adding route development and airline marketing to his responsibilities.
Battuello began his managerial career in travel retail with the Weitnauer Group in Rome and later joined McArthurGlen as Centre Manager of Serravalle Designer Outlet, eventually becoming Country Manager and leading the development of multiple outlets across Italy.
They will be joined by Portland Design Senior Director Lewis Allen.
With over 30 years of consultancy experience, Allen has supported airports, operators and brands in maximising the value of commercial spaces and customer journeys. He champions localisation to drive customer engagement and revenue, creating authentic experiences that capture the ‘Spirit of Place.’
His work at Portland Design focuses on using insights from evolving passenger behaviours to guide space programming, experiential activation and revenue metrics of commercial venues. His recent airport projects include Newark Liberty Terminal A, New York JFK Terminal 4, Keflavik, Stavanger, Bengaluru Kempegowda International and the new King Salman International in Riyadh.
