USA. Three local food and beverage favourites have opened outlets at Denver international Airport (DEN). Breckenridge Brewery, Snarf’s Sandwiches and Brothers BBQ are now open on the east end of Concourse A.
The three brands were brought to DEN in collaboration with Paradies Lagardère and their partner, Sky Blue Airport Enterprises.
“We’re committed to working with our local business community to bring unique shopping and dining options to our world-class airport that represent who we are as a city,” said Mayor Michael B. Hancock at the opening.
“The addition of these three great local restaurants will showcase some of the best flavours from Colorado and the Mile High City.”

Paradies Lagardère Dining Division President Regynald Washington said Snarf’s Sandwiches and Brothers BBQ are “dining institutions” while Breckenridge Brewery is a “pioneer” in the Colorado craft beer industry.
“We’re excited to bring these local favourites into the airport,” said Washington. “Paradies Lagardère seeks the best local brands to entice travellers and bring the familiar quality, taste and atmosphere of a favourite local restaurant into an airport.”
The new outlets are located near gates A71 -A87, which were completed in 2018 but became fully operational in May. In addition to the new gates on Concourse A, DEN is adding 39 new gates to all three concourses to accommodate growth as part of the airport’s five-year capital improvement plan scheduled to be completed in 2021.

“Providing passengers with a taste of Denver and supporting our local brands is important to us as we want our passengers to have options,” said DEN Chief Executive Officer Kim Day.
“As the airport continues to grow and we construct additional gates, we will have more space for great shopping and dining options such as these three local favourites.”
Breckenridge Brewery Director of Pub Operations Joe Porter said: “After sharing our brews with our Colorado neighbours over the last 29 years, we are excited to extend the Breckenridge Brewery experience to the millions of travellers that grace the gates of DEN every year. We are thankful for the opportunity to partner with Paradies Lagardère and hope we can continue growing our relationship in the years to come.”

Brothers BBQ Founders Nick and Chris O’Sullivan said exposing their business and brand to millions of travellers and thousands of airport employees was a “huge leap forward”.
Snarf’s Sandwiches Owner Jimmy ‘Snarf’ Seidel, added: “Snarf’s Sandwiches is proud to be born and bred in Colorado. We are excited to offer travellers from around the world a chance to enjoy our handcrafted, oven-toasted sandwiches.”
