CHINA. Coty-owned skincare brand Lancaster last month held its first-ever VIP event in Hainan. The ‘Uncover the Secret to a Timeless Royal Beauty with Lancaster 365 Skin Repair’ event was held on 19 November at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Sanya and showcased the brand’s new 365 Skin Repair Youth Renewal Serum.
“With a rich history that’s deeply rooted in scientific formulations, 365 Skin Repair Youth Serum embodies Lancaster’s expertise in regenerative products that restores skin at the cellular level,” commented Coty Executive Vice President Prestige Skincare Caroline Andreotti.
“We are very pleased that through a series of hands-on workshops, interactive technology trials and pampering services, Lancaster could once again inspire and support consumers in protecting and repairing the skin, restoring its healthy glow and comfort.”

The elegant VIP event celebrated Lancaster’s 70-year skincare heritage and featured an immersive skincare experience which invited guests to discover the 365 Skin Repair Youth Serum. The experience began with a skin analysis using Lancaster’s in-house skin device, followed by a one-on-one skincare consultation with a skincare expert which helped visitors pinpoint the right Lancaster products for their specific skin needs.
It continued with a luxury hand massage using the 365 Skin Repair Youth Renewal Serum, followed by one of Lancaster’s luxury flash repair face treatments.

The event was hosted by renowned Dermatological Professor Chen Jin, who is an Associate Professor of Dermatology in the First Affiliated Hospital of the Chongqing Medical University.
Jin held a skincare masterclass where she shared her professional knowledge on the causes of skin ageing and damage and how Lancaster’s 365 serum can help combat these effects.
VIP guests were also offered a behind-the-scenes look at the 20 years of research that powered the 365 Skin Repair Youth Renewal Serum.
A Lancaster product expert held a special session which highlighted the serum’s patented enzyme-encapsulated liposome technology and outlined its key ingredients including the Quazi-Enzyme Liposome and probiotic fraction. Lancaster invited several top-tier beauty and skincare KOLs to who livestreamed the VIP event to their followers. Professor Jin also joined the livestreams to answer viewer questions about sun damage, aging and skincare. According to Coty, the livestream extended the reach of the event to millions to viewers.
Founded in 1947, Lancaster has pioneered many skincare innovations. It was the first to use revitalising oxygen and repairing retinol and achieved a royal status in 1966, when Princess Grace Kelly of Monaco chose Lancaster as her official beauty supplier.
