“Trailblazing” denim shines in Diesel’s latest collection for TFWA Asia Pacific

Diesel is bringing its “denim mastery” back to travel retail at next month’s TFWA Asia Pacific Exhibition in Singapore (Stand:L1 R15).

The fashion house is showcasing key looks from its Spring/Summer 2016 collection, focusing on customers on the move, as well as its Denim range and a selection of shoes and bags.

According to the brand, the S/S collection shows the strong vision of Creative Director Nicola Formichetti, and is fuelled by the desire to explore.

Formichetti commented: “Stripping away the extras we have elevated the collection to a pure expression of Diesel. There’s a free and individual attitude that transforms the clothes, from the fashion pieces to the graphic t-shirts, and hits hard with denim. For summer Diesel denim shines, trailblazing with new designs and cuts.”

Diesel intends to “brings its denim mastery” back with its latest designs

Diesel’s denim collection includes designs in lightweight soft denims in pale washes and offers new silhouettes beyond the skinny style. A “tough attitude” is reflected in geometric denim patchwork in shades from inky indigo to bleached white detail on shirtdresses, jackets, shirts and chain shoulder strap bags.

The Chino collection is said to combine Diesel denim mastery with preppy styling. Cut in either carrot or slim shapes, the designs feature soft linen and cotton fabrics, with a washed-out pale blue and white palette.
