Travel Retail Fine Wine Alliance celebrates third year with collective product showcase in Cannes

FRANCE. The six members of the Travel Retail Fine Wine Alliance (TRFWA) are set to showcase their collections as they celebrate their third anniversary at the upcoming TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes (Blue Village, zone F).

The image shows TRFWA’s inaugural in-store activity at Düsseldorf Airport with Gebr. Heinemann in April 2024, featuring wines from all six member families

The alliance, made up of six renowned wineries, is strengthening its presence in travel retail, building on partnerships developed over the past years. The founding members – Albert Bichot, Cono Sur, González Byass, Masi and Symington – came together in 2022, with Famille Perrin joining at the TFWA Singapore show in 2023.

TRFWA aims to showcase the collective contribution that these renowned wine families bring to travel retail, highlighting that sharing expertise not only drives business value but, most importantly, elevates the customer experience in this channel.

The alliance has advanced through joint initiatives and co-exhibitions over the past four years, and is now focused on the opportunities ahead.

The members include:

Albert Bichot – stand F8

Family-owned since 1831 and based in Beaune, Albert Bichot operates six prestigious Burgundy estates. Best known in organic winemaking, the winery combines vineyard expertise with négociant-winemaker practices to produce high-quality wines.

Known for making Amarone globally recognised, Masi offers five Amarone varieties alongside other Venetian classics. The brand collaborates with historic estates, including Serego Alighieri and Canevel. The company underlines strong sustainability credentials and social, ethical and environmental values. Its MasiGreen philosophy runs across the entire supply chain at each of the Group’s production sites.

The family business is a founding member of Primum Familiae Vini – an association of 12 European wine families – and in 2025 was voted 16th in The World’s Most Admired Wine Brands list by a panel of over 200 international wine experts organised by Drinks International.
