Enjoy Aena Awards programme celebrates travel retail and customer experience excellence at gala event

SPAIN. Aena, operator of 64 airports across the world, has revealed the winners of its inaugural Enjoy Aena Awards programme.

Staged during a gala dinner event at Taetro Real last night (23 October), the accolades recognise excellence in travel retail and customer experience across the company’s airport assets.

Hosted by Spanish journalist and TV presenter Susanna Griso, the event brought together the main travel retail operators in Spain, with winning brands receiving a trophy and an Enjoy Aena quality seal. The latter accolade is awarded to all Enjoy Aena Awards finalists and will be visible in the physical and digital spaces of each brand for a year.
