INTERNATIONAL. Welcome to the latest edition of our Travel Retail Women Talk video series, in association with Desigual. This time we speak to Shiseido Travel Retail Vice President Marketing Elisabeth Jouguelet & Mindset Research Director Clara Perez.
In this edition, we consider how best the channel can embrace CRM and digital initiatives and discuss how domestic markets can learn from travel retail about its approach to luxury shopping and tourists.
The series, which is featured across our web, e-Zine and social media channels, carries video interviews with some of the most prominent and influential women in the industry.
Filming took place at the TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes, where Desigual Travel Retail Marketing Manager Aurore Rezzoagli spoke to 12 women about their experiences.
