Innovative Irish whiskey brand Two Stacks has updated the bottle design for all its product ranges, featuring up to 70% recycled glass.
The move highlights the distiller’s commitment to innovation, quality and environmental responsibility.
The embossed bottle design features branded natural cork stoppers – reflecting its mission to sustainably produce what it describes as unique and creative Irish whiskey expressions.
The new bottles have been crafted following a two-year research and development process, advancing the company’s goal to further cut its carbon footprint and introduce sustainable practices within the industry.
The revamped packaging design will be debuted in the Polaris collection, a 7 Year Old Pot Still Irish Whiskey (56.5% ABV), which is set for release this month.
The latest expression combines the rich heritage and tradition of Irish whiskey with a bold, unique nine-month finish in Dry Red Wine Tokaji Pinot Noir casks.
Two Stacks Co-Founder Shane McCarthy said: “We’re dedicated to setting new standards of excellence in Irish whiskey, and championing sustainability and accessibility in all that we do. We’ve seen other brands prioritising expensive ultra-clarity glass in their bottling when it has no effect on the quality of the spirit inside, and the reality is that this premium is passed on to customers to pay.
“We’re incredibly proud to unveil our new embossed branded bottle design, made from recycled glass and natural branded cork. It’s important to us that our packaging reflects our core values and ethos, driving our sustainability strategy forward and helping shape the whiskey industry of tomorrow.
“We’re also introducing a reusable bottle bag with this release, to encourage people to reduce waste and overpackaging, but still provide a premium gift bag, perfect for carrying your whiskey bottles or cans.”

Two Stacks is also rolling out the Double Irish Cream Liqueur in its signature 100ml can format this Christmas. It is the first Irish cream liqueur to blend four different styles of whiskey and use eight times more Irish whiskey than the market standard.
The Double Irish Cream In A Can (17.5% ABV) is exclusively available at twostackswhiskey.com, with limited numbers released as part of a Polaris 2.1 bundle.
Each bundle also includes limited edition Two Stacks x NearyNógs chocolate truffles and Two Stacks’ new reusable bottle bag.
The general release of Double Irish Cream In A Can will begin on 10 December, online and in selected stores, including in travel retail.
Double Irish Cream In A Can is priced at £3.50 (US$4.50) per 100ml can, while Two Stacks 7 Year Old Pot Still Irish Whiskey is priced at £89.99 (US$114).
Two Stacks 7 Year Old Single Pot Still Tasting Notes
Appearance: The Two Stacks 7 Year Old Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey presents a radiant, deep mahogany, illustrating the richness of the spirit.
Nose: Notes of toasted oak, vanilla and caramel intermingle, creating a warm, comforting aroma. The influence of the unique Tokaji Pinot Noir finish becomes apparent with hints of dark, ripe red fruits and a delicate undercurrent of floral sweetness.
Palate: The rich, creamy texture of the whiskey coats your palate, introducing a unique fusion of flavours. The unmistakable influence of the Single Pot Still style is clear, with the barley’s nuttiness and a touch of spice, complemented by toasted woody notes. Adding layers of complexity, gentle hints of butterscotch and honey are contrasted with notes of dark berries and cherries, a subtle tannic grip, and a nuanced sweetness.
Finish: The finish is long and lingering. As spice and oak notes gradually fade, they leave a warmth and a trace of the wine’s fruity essence. ✈
