Wildstone enters airport advertising market with Sky Brands acquisition

UK. Out-of-home advertising company Wildstone has acquired airport advertising consultancy Sky Brands, marking its entry into the airport advertising market.

The company has established a new division, Wildstone Airports, headed by Sky Brands owner Paula Oliver. The move is Wildstone’s first foray into advertising markets beyond the UK.

Wildstone CEO Damian Cox said: “The new division will concentrate on delivering advertising income for owners and managers of airports globally. With the emergence of exciting technologies and the placement of digital as a normalised medium we are confident that Wildstone Airports will deliver ground-breaking advertising for our clients internationally.”

Paula Oliver added: “Wildstone Airports provides a unique proposition and our clients are already benefiting from the unparalleled experience, ideas and innovative technologies we deliver. Wildstone is the UK’s biggest out-of-home advertising consultancy, with an in-house team of more than 25 specialists across development, planning, design, project management, build and marketing.
