World Duty Free expands luxury chocolate portfolio with Black River

Black River Chocolate, marketed as Jamaica’s first single origin luxury chocolate, has extended its distribution network through a new agreement with World Duty Free.

Effective immediately, World Duty Free will be stocking Black River Jamaican Single origin milk, dark, vanilla and sugar free chocolates at Norman Manley and Sangster international airports in Jamaica.

The brand believes that World Duty Free’s global network, which spans 561 stores in 21 countries, will help strengthen its presence in the duty free and travel retail market.

Black River Chocolate CEO Marvia Borrell said: “World Duty Free’s network will definitely provide us with the market penetration needed to reach our full sales potential. Black River Chocolate has considered many distribution partners and we are confident that World Duty Free’s reputation, experience and global recognition will help us leverage our position in the duty free and travel retail market.”
