Yam Seng, the Singapore-based company that launched travel retail’s first golf-themed café concept in 2012 at Changi Airport, presented its latest concept at the third annual Airport Food & Beverage (FAB) Conference & Awards in Dubai this week.

As airports, concessionaires and brand owners converged at Atlantis The Palm Dubai to discuss and debate key issues for industry stakeholders, the Yam Seng team took the opportunity to gain deeper insights and build contacts.

As reported, the company’s first outlet was launched in 2011 in downtown Singapore, opened by Australian golfer and 2013 Masters winner, Adam Scott.
