2.0 & Partners accelerates US market strategy with Cheryl Beall heading new Excellence Academy

Travel retail boutique agency 2.0 & Partners has appointed Cheryl Beall as Senior Partner and Brand & Training Ambassador to lead the development of its US Excellence Academy.

The programme is designed to help frontline teams better understand the behaviours and expectations of American travellers in travel retail.

Beall, a long-time advocate of hospitality and in-store experience, brings decades of expertise in training, sales and service with global luxury brands. Her experience will form the foundation of the US Excellence Academy, the newest addition to 2.0 & Partners’ Cultural Academy portfolio.

In her new role, Beall will lead a dedicated training course aimed at equipping travel retail teams to deliver expert service to the evolving American shopper demographic.

Beall remarked, “I am delighted to be joining 2.0 & Partners and to be working with a team with such a passion for making a meaningful difference on the frontline of travel retail.

“Excellent service today is, without a doubt, focused on people. Truly great service is where one feels seen and heard, and I am a firm believer that meeting an engaging, interested team member not only increases the likelihood of a purchase today but also establishes loyalty for the future.”

Beall’s appointment follows 2.0 & Partners’ ongoing global expansion, which began with the Chinese Excellence Academy developed with Simin Lui, and continued with Brand & Training Ambassadors Amira Slimane in the Middle East and Shampa Roy in India.

The company is growing its CXM offering under the Measure. Train. Coach. framework, with Cultural Academy courses forming a cornerstone of this training.

2.0 & Partners CEO Fabio Bernardini said, “We are thrilled to welcome Cheryl to the 2.0 & Partners team.

“Her appointment is an exciting moment as we continue to develop our business in the United States and elevate our offer for partners who serve American shoppers around the world.”
