SINGAPORE. Sprint-Cass has emerged as the sole bidder for a photographic equipment concession at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 2, Departure/Transit Lounge South.
The company offered 10.5% of the total monthly gross sales for monthly gross sales up to S$800,000 per month plus 12% of incremental monthly gross sales for monthly gross sales above S$800,000 per month; or a Minimum Monthly Guarantee of:
From 1 September 2009 to 31 August 2010: S$69,996 per month;
From 1 September 2010 to 31 August 2011: S$79,996 per month; and
From 1 September 2011 to 31 August 2012: S$89,996 per month;
whichever is higher.
The three-year contract begins on 1 September. There is an option for a two-year extension at the discretion of the airport authority.
Details of the T2 offer came just days after Sprint-Cass posted an aggressive bid for a consumer technology concession at Changi T1, with Hartamanis its sole rival.
