ASIA PACIFIC. LS Travel Retail Asia Pacific has named Charn Chen Lee as General Manager Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Lee, known popularly as CC Lee, will be based in Hong Kong from the end of June and will report to Emmanuel de Place, COO of Lagardère Services – LS Travel Retail ASPAC.
De Place said: “This great addition to our organisation is consistent with our strategy to reinforce our local businesses with dedicated teams that have a real focus and dedicated management.

“We have strong ambitions for growth in Hong Kong and Taiwan, especially with the coming opportunities in duty free at Hong Kong International Airport. CC will manage all our activities in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
“We are committed to growing and developing our business in travel retail in general and in duty free especially in Asia, and I believe a stronger organisation, with experienced people, definitely supports this strategic ambition.”
Lee has spent his entire 30-year career in the travel retail industry. Before joining LS Travel Retail Hong Kong, he was the Country Manager for the Valiram Group in Singapore where he helped to launch Valiram’s business at Resorts World Sentosa.
He started his career with DFS and took on different operational roles across the region in his 26 years with the company, including Managing Director, Singapore and Managing Director, Australia. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore.
