US. SSP America, the North American division of global travel restaurateur SSP Group, today announced a six-concept contract win at San Diego International Airport (SAN).
The six food & beverage concepts bring the total number of SSP-operated locations at San Diego to 17, making the company the primary concessionaire within the airport’s food & beverage programme.
The concessionaire received unanimous approval by the San Diego County Regional Airport Authority Board for the contract, which is the company’s third food & beverage package at the airport.
The six new locations include SSP’s own UrbanCrave, serving street cuisine, and the company’s latest Mexican concept embracing the “˜food truck craze’, Mango Taco Truck. The new package also includes San Diego’s Jack in the Box concept and Ryan Bros. Coffee, along with two Peet’s Coffee & Tea locations.
