Plaza Premium Lounge has introduced a new casual dining concept at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA).
Located near Gate 36 of the airport, FoodPlaza has four brands: The Terrace Express, Lee Fa Yuen Express, The Green Market Express and Moon Bar.
Situated alongside a view over the airport apron, FoodPlaza aims to provide an experience that goes “above and beyond the usual food court offering”, said Plaza Premium Lounge.
The Terrace Express offers local Cantonese favourites such as the Signature Fish Ball Rice Noodle in Soup with Housemade XO Sauce (HK$48/US$6.20) and Steamed Pork Spare Ribs with Steamed Rice served with Chef Sum’s Double Boiled Soup (HK$78/US$10).
