MALAYSIA. Malaysia Airports is giving away holiday packages to Bali as part of its “˜Indulge & Relax’ promotion launched at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and klia2 last month.
From 24 December 2014 to 24 March 2015, shoppers who spend a minimum of RM200 (US$56.30) at participating outlets in KLIA or klia2 will stand a chance to win a trip to the idyllic Indonesian island. They can accumulate up to three receipts within the same day; purchases made using MasterCard will also double a participant’s chances of winning.
The contest will offer 13 weekly prizes comprising return airfares and hotel stay for two and a grand prize of return airfares and Villa Suite for four at InterContinental Bali Resort.
Malaysia Airports Senior General Manager Commercial Services Puan Faizah Khairuddin commented: “It’s the holiday season to indulge and relax literally. Indulge to the heart’s content not only in KLIA but also in our airport-in-a-mall, klia2, and get to relax in Bali, the chosen destination for the tranquillity and splendour of sun, sea and sand.”
In addition, shoppers get to take part in the “˜Play & Win’ augmented reality game to win instant prizes, redeemable from 24 December 2014 till 31 March 2015.
Participating brands are Billabong, Eraman, Experience Malaysia, Harrods, Lonely Planet, Spirit of Asia, Starbucks, The Body Shop, The Flying Emporium, Victoria’s Secret, and WH Smith.
Over 350 outlets are housed at KLIA and klia2. The latest addition to the array of offerings at KLIA are brands such as Hamleys at Satellite Building, Passenger Level 1; Jovian Store at Domestic Level, Gate A; and Boost Juice at Satellite Level 2M.
At klia2, brands which have opened new locations recently are Dim Sum On the Go, Johnny Rockets, Desigual and Bumbu Desa at Public Concourse Level 3; Popeye’s, Burger King, The Chicken Rice Shop and Taste of India at Satellite Building Level 3; Timepieces, The Zon Perfume & Cosmetics and Khazanah Home & Deco at International Departure, Level 2; and be Duty Free and Eraman Duty Free at the Sky bridge.
