UK. Plaza Premium Group (PPG) has reopened its Plaza Premium Lounge in Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 following refurbishment.
The refreshed space, described by PPG as “embracing the contemporary London spirit”, is located just outside the Arrivals Hall and next to PPG’s Aerotel London.
It features seven shower rooms equipped with shower gel, shampoo, bath towels and hair dryers; dedicated workspaces; and high-speed wifi.
Available to all passengers, packages for the facilities start from £29 (US$39.30), including continental breakfast or light lunch, coffee, tea and soft drinks.
The reopening marks the UK launch of PPG’s ‘Art of Travel’ campaign, a digital art collection created using AI to reinterpret classic masterpieces and highlight the company’s core services: lounges, concierge and in-terminal hotels.
“Through this initiative, travellers can gain deeper insight into PPG’s commitment to service excellence and attention to details,” a note from PPG said.
PPG Vice President, Northern Europe & UK Mario Binelli Mantelli commented: “Traditionally, arrival lounges have been reserved for First Class passengers only, with limited airlines offering such options. The pay-per-use option is a game-changer – especially for travellers on red-eye flights arriving in London early in the morning, offering them a space to recharge and freshen up.
“We wish all passengers to feel that every arrival is an occasion to celebrate and have a sense of renewal with all the inclusive amenities we offer.”

PPG’s footprint at Heathrow Airport now extends to five lounges across terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5. ✈
