INTERNATIONAL. Welcome to The Moodie Davitt Report’s ‘Dreamstore’ 2017 survey, in which the world’s leading brand owners rate the world’s leading travel retailers, airport by airport and category by category.
Each year we ask suppliers to tell us which retailers at which airports rank as true champions in their respective categories? Which of them stand out for best practice, which promote innovation and partnership and which really value to the travel retail proposition?
On the basis of the replies we create what we call our ‘Dreamstore’, which we believe provides a real reflection of excellence among the world’s leading travel retailers.
We also ask the brand owners to comment on their choices – allowing them the freedom of anonymity to explain their comments.
We had some repeat winners in 2017, but also a number of new rankings leaders in several categories.
