USA. Paradies Lagardère has been awarded a retail package covering four stores at Orlando International Airport’s South Terminal. The offer will include TripAdvisor, Brighton, Sunglass Hut and Gatlin Trade stores.
Paradies Lagardère President and CEO Gregg Paradies said: “We’re back in Orlando, and we’re very excited and appreciative for the opportunity. We’re confident that the retail programme Paradies Lagardère has put together for the airport will offer travellers an enhanced customer experience unlike any other. Paradies Lagardère will give travellers proprietary concepts that speak to the history, culture and excitement of the city, as well as several popular brands that offer a variety of fun shopping experiences. We can’t wait to start seeing travellers in the new South Terminal.”
TripAdvisor offers travel essentials, and also houses a large-scale touch screen where travellers can access a curated version of the TripAdvisor website. This offers options on things to do in Orlando, as well as the destinations they can travel to from the airport. The package also includes another travel essentials concept, Gatlin Trade.
An exclusive partner of Paradies Lagardère, Brighton features women’s accessories, including handbags, luggage and travel accessories, plus jewellery, fragrances, footwear and eyewear. Eyewear concept Sunglass Hut will house brands such as Oakley, Ray-Ban, Versace, Gucci and Prada.
The concepts will also allow customers payment options such as Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and payment using mobile POS.
