US. Karl Sutcliffe has been appointed Vice President Store Operations Hawaii for DFS Group.
Along with Hong Kong, Hawaii is one of the two original DFS locations developed by Co-Founders Robert Miller and Charles Feeney.
The well-respected Sutcliffe was formerly General Manager for the travel retailer’s San Francisco International Airport operations.
He joined DFS in May 2012 following several years with Aer Rianta International in a variety of increasingly senior roles in the Middle East and China. ✈
