HMSHost partners Guy Fieri and Arizona distillery for duo of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport F&B experiences

USA. Global restaurateur HMSHost, part of Avolta, has revealed plans to bring a duo of new food & beverage experiences to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport under a just-awarded ten-year contract.

The two new dining venues will cover 1,400sq m and feature partnerships with celebrity chef Guy Fieri and SanTan Brewing Company, which owns Arizona’s largest distillery.

Opening in Summer 2025 in the new Eighth Concourse in Terminal 4, the concepts will grow HMSHost’s footprint at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to almost two dozen restaurants and bars.

The restaurateur will operate the new outlets as a joint venture with TMG Services and Kind Hospitality.

Guy Fieri’s Phoenix Kitchen and Bar

Guy Fieri’s Phoenix Kitchen & Bar will be an HMSHost collaboration with the American restaurateur, author and Emmy Award winning television presenter. The concept draws inspiration from the Guy Fieri’s Downtown Phoenix Kitchen + Bar close to Chase Field, home of Major League Baseball’s Arizona Diamondbacks.

The airport menu will offer Fieri’s well-known ‘Flavortown’ experience, with favourites from the downtown Phoenix restaurant. These include Big Bite Burgers, wings, Trash Can Nachos, Mötley Qüe Pulled Pork Sandwich, pizza, breakfasts, and more, along with convenient grab and go options.

The bar will offer local craft beers and Fieri’s own Santo Tequila, a collaboration with Sammy Hagar, the American singer, songwriter and guitarist.

Handcrafted cocktails on offer from the bar will include Guy’s Famous Caliente Margarita, which is made with fresh jalapeños and a mojo rim, and the Fiery Fieri, a tequila-based drink that includes Fieri’s signature brown sugar bourbon BBQ sauce.

SanTan Spirit House

SanTan Spirit House will offer travellers modern cocktails crafted by award-winning mixologist Natasha Hill, showcasing destination products available only at SanTan Spirit House locations.

Other highlights from the full bar will include SanTan’s spirits, tasting flights, beer and wine, along with a food menu featuring Roman-style flatbreads and other shareable bites.
