QATAR. The premiere series of Airport Wonders of the World, the Moodie Davitt STUDIO* film series dedicated to the greatest gateways on the planet, is to be unveiled onboard Qatar Airways in August.
As reported, the inaugural production, a three-part series of short films dedicated to Hamad International Airport in Doha and Qatar Duty Free’s multiple award-winning retail, dining, hospitality and leisure attractions, was launched in phases late last year to great acclaim through The Moodie Davitt Report’s mainstream, YouTube and social media channels.
The series (see links below) portrays the Doha gateway as a destination in itself.

The Moodie Davitt Report Founder & Chairman who scripted and fronted the films, said, “We are so honoured to be making our inflight film debut with the world’s number one airline**.
“We are extremely proud of the cinematic and editorial qualities of this film series – one that seeks to articulate and embellish my lifelong passion for airports and to champion the best of the best.
“What Qatar Airways, Hamad International Airport and Qatar Duty Free have collectively achieved as a unique industry ‘Trinity’ over recent years is truly extraordinary, constantly breaking new ground based on an exhilarating fusion of vision, innovation, daring and world-leading collaborations. All of this has been underpinned by a magnificent obsession with quality.
“So, if you’re going to make a world-class film series, you surely want to show it in a world-class cinema. And doesn’t the airline judged Skytrax number one represent precisely that?” ✈
