USA. North American airport restaurateur and retailer Paradies Lagardère has opened Keylime Bistro at Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW).

The opening reinforces the company’s commitment to championing homegrown brands, reflected in a restaurant that has been a long-standing part of Southwest Florida’s dining scene for over 20 years.
Keylime Bistro delivers a distinctive, laid-back island experience at the airport, supported by a colourful tropical setting, live music and a commitment to community and local charities.

The debut comes months after the reopening of the Captiva Island Keylime Bistro, which had been closed for 971 days following Hurricane Ian and subsequent storms, underscoring Southwest Florida’s resilience.
Paradies Lagardère Senior Vice President of Dining Leigh Allan said: “We’re proud to bring such a meaningful local brand to Southwest Florida International Airport. Keylime Bistro represents the heart, flavour and perseverance of this region, and now travellers can experience that spirit right at RSW.”

Offering travellers a full “vacation in a sip” experience, the restaurant features beach-inspired cuisine and tropical cocktails.
Key menu highlights include signature dishes such as the Crab Cake Benedict, featuring Keylime Bistro’s famous crab cakes topped with zesty Key lime hollandaise, and the Captiva Coast Grilled Salmon finished with fresh pineapple salsa.
The restaurant also serves cocktails such as the Tropical, alongside its classic Key lime pies.
