Aena seeks partners for luxury concessions at Madrid-Barajas Airport

SPAIN. Airports company Aena has issued a tender for four fashion & accessories concessions across all terminals at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport.

The opportunities include a 199sq m store in Terminal 1, 133sq m in T2, 101sq m in T3 and 130sq m in T4, alongside smaller service spaces in each.

The pan-terminal tender offers strong opportunity for luxury-focused retailers and their key brand partners

Aena said it is seeking partners with experience in the fashion & accessories sector—at airports and/or in city centres—covering at least the last two fiscal years.

The contracts run to the end of 2033, with minimum guaranteed rent per year ranging from €1.62 million in 2027 to €1.93 million in the final year. There are options at Aena’s discretion for two one-year contract extensions or a single two-year extension in each case.

The bid deadline is 21 September.
