INTERNATIONAL. With the 16 October deadline approaching, submissions remain open for The Moodies 2026, recognising standout social and digital work across the airport and travel retail sectors.
Returning for its 14th edition, The Moodies recognise the creativity, innovation and engagement excellence driving standout social media campaigns and digital initiatives across airports, brands, food & beverage operators, lounge operators and retailers.
Submissions are accepted via self-nomination at a cost of £169+VAT per entry, payable upon submission. Entries must relate to work undertaken between 1 August 2025 and 31 July 2026 and should not exceed 1,000 words, accompanied by supporting visuals or data. Each category seeks clear objectives, creative execution and tangible results, evaluated by an esteemed panel of industry experts.

Joining The Moodie Davitt Report Founder and Chairman Martin Moodie on this year’s judging panel is Emmef Communications Founder Mengfuan (Fuan) Tan.
She brings 18 years of international experience spanning business management, brand marketing and retail operations.
Tan launched her boutique consultancy in 2025, advising premium and lifestyle brands on growth across Western and Asian duty-free markets.
Her experience spans Malaysia, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong and New York, alongside fluency in four languages.

Returning to the panel is Canny Kwok, Director of Search and Consulting at Exquisitz Asia, who brings more than 30 years of experience across business development and market growth in Asia, the Mid-Pacific, Hawaii and mainland USA.
Her illustrious career includes more than 22 years with Bvlgari, preceded by nearly 12 years at The Estée Lauder Companies. She has extensive experience across luxury travel retail, covering jewellery, watches, accessories, and perfume and cosmetics.

Peter Doherty, Brisbane Airport Media & Corporate Communications Manager, will once again contribute his extensive media and communications expertise to the judging panel, backed by more than 30 years of television experience.
Doherty specialises in developing content across social platforms, drawing on his background in storytelling, media and communications.
His work at Brisbane Airport has included shaping its public communications as the airport prepares for its role as a gateway to the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

Also returning to this year’s judging panel, Veronique Demers brings extensive experience in branding, digital marketing, corporate communications and PR.
She currently serves as Vice President of Communications and Marketing at Airports Council International World and has held leadership roles with Accor’s luxury brands, as well as positions with the World Trade Center Association, the French Embassy and Virginia Commonwealth University in Qatar.

The awards span a diverse range of categories, including Best Use of Video (across Airports/Brands/Food & Beverage & Lounge Operators/Retailers); Best Use of Innovative Digital Platforms; Best Airline or Cruise Retail Digital Campaign; Best Airport Digital Advertising Campaign; Best Digitally Led Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Campaign; and Digital Disrupter of the Year, among others.
