Changi Airport Group seeks partner for latest luxury concession in Terminal 1

SINGAPORE. Changi Airport Group (CAG) has issued a call for potential partners to take part in a Direct Marketing Exercise for a luxury brand concession in Terminal 1 airside. The space on offer is around 116sq m.

The airport company said it was seeking “established, innovative and exceptional luxury brands and concepts that will inject buzz to and differentiate the retail offerings at Singapore Changi Airport”.

The tenancy will run for three years and six months from 17 April 2027 to 16 October 2030, with no renewal option.

The new luxury brand name store will further enhance the environment in the upgraded Terminal 1

Other contracts for which CAG has issued a recent call for partners include a 66sq m ‘open category’ shop concession in T3 (Basement Level 2) with a start date of 1 November; and a 178sq m Asian speciality restaurant in T3 with a start date of 1 April 2027.

In each case the tenancy period is three years and six months.
