FRANCE. Châteauneuf-du-Pape wine estate L’Oratoire des Papes (part of AdVini Group) is marking its 100th anniversary with a three-month pop-up in Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport Terminal 2AC.
The activation is being hosted in partnership with Extime Duty Free (the joint venture between Lagardère Travel Retail and Groupe ADP).
Running from 5 October to 4 January 2027, the pop-up will take the L’Oratoire des Papes story beyond its Châteauneuf-du-Pape home and into the airport.
It will celebrate the wine producer’s heritage, terroirs and portfolio and showcase a series of limited-edition creations developed for its centenary.
The animation will feature a digital tour of the estate’s historic Priory cellars via an on-site tablet, offering a glimpse into where the Maison’s wines are made and aged. In addition, travellers can personalise a wine accessory as part of the experience.
The pop-up will feature centenary wines, including the screen-printed anniversary editions of L’Oratoire des Papes White 2025 and L’Oratoire des Papes Red 2024.

A tasting hosted by L’Oratoire des Papes Director François Miquel and Xavier Thuizat, named Meilleur Sommelier de France in 2022 and Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2023, will mark the official opening on 5 October.
The 90-minute session will see Thuizat guide travellers through a selection of L’Oratoire des Papes wines while sharing insights into the terroirs of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.
The limited-edition 100th Anniversary collector’s set will be revealed during the tasting event. It pairs a bottle of L’Oratoire des Papes Red 2024, presented in the anniversary screen-printed design, with a numbered lithograph featuring artwork created by French stencil artist C215.
Miquel and Thuizat will also sign a selection of the numbered C215 lithographs during the opening event. ✈
