USA. SSP America will open three food & beverage concepts at Orlando International Airport before the end of this year, strengthening the dining offer in the airport’s North Terminal Complex.
The openings will introduce a venue from international craft beer brand BrewDog and locally established Jam-Eng alongside Zaza Cuban Café & Bar, which already has a presence at the airport.
SSP America said the additions underline its focus on combining internationally recognised brands with local food & beverage concepts that reflect the destination.

Scottish craft brewer BrewDog will offer its beer portfolio alongside a menu of freshly prepared comfort food.
The all-day bar and restaurant, which has extensive airfield views, will also serve Peet’s Coffee, with an offer spanning breakfast, lunch and evening dining.
Orlando-based Jam-Eng, founded by Caroline and Wayne Harvey, will bring its Jamaican-British culinary concept to the airport.

The quick-service restaurant’s menu will feature jerk chicken, Jamaican patties and traditional British dishes.
Zaza Cuban Café & Bar will expand its presence at Orlando Airport with an all-day offer centred on Cuban American cuisine.
The concept will combine traditional Cuban dishes with handcrafted cocktails, locally brewed beers and a full-service coffee programme.

SSP America Chief Executive Officer George Mboya said: “Great airports do more than move people. They create a sense of arrival long before travellers reach their destination.
“With BrewDog, Jam-Eng and Zaza Cuban Café & Bar, we’re bringing together global and local flavours in a way that reflects the spirit of Orlando.
“These are the kinds of experiences that travellers remember, and they’re exactly what we mean when we say our purpose is to be the best part of the journey.”
Greater Orlando Aviation Authority CEO Lance Lyttle commented: “These new dining options will give our guests more opportunities to discover something new along the way while enjoying the hospitality that makes Orlando special.”
