JORDAN. Airport International Group (AIG), the operator of Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) in Amman, today (5 November) launched its much-anticipated Request for Qualification (RFQ) for the Master Duty Free, Food & Beverage and Convenience concessions, extending through 2039.
The tender forms part of QAIA’s ambitious Airport Enhancement Plan, which aims to increase passenger capacity by +50%, expand commercial areas and further enhance the overall passenger experience.
Leading regional and international operators are invited to submit their qualifications for individual concession categories or an integrated Master Concession model by 1 December.
For further information and to obtain the RFQ documents, please contact: CRR.tenders@aig.aero
Today’s announcement follows AIG having invited expressions of interest in September from regional and international operators to become long-term commercial partners at Jordan’s main gateway.

Interested parties may express interest:
- In an individual concession category or,
- In a fully integrated master concession model.
The incumbent duty-free retailer is Avolta, trading as Amman Duty Free. ✈
