US. Airmall USA, formerly BAA USA, has opened a new UFood Grill outlet at the Airmall at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
Located at Concourse B and operated by JJR Concessions, the fast-casual dining unit spans 1,100sq ft. With a menu consisting of ‘better-for-you’ versions of traditional favourites and original creations, everything offered at UFood Grill is either baked, grilled or steamed.
“People on the go have become even more conscious of what they are eating. That is why UFood Grill’s healthy menu makes it an appealing addition to the Airmall at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport,” said Airmall USA Vice President Tina LaForte.
“It will add to an array of healthy dining options already available, and like all Airmall units, diners can choose from the menu knowing they will pay “˜Regular Mall Pricing”¦Guaranteed.'”
UFood Grill has accessible nutrition information and an easy-to-navigate dietary guide. It also allows customers to combine the ingredients however they choose. The menu includes organic, healthy options such as smoothies, soups, salads, and sandwiches.
“UFood Grill is a respected brand that is known for its healthy, organic menu,” added Airport Director Ricky Smith. “We are pleased to add them to the concessions programme and we are certain that passengers will welcome their arrival.”
Now in its second year of development, the new Airmall at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport will occupy 76,000sq ft of retail space when it is completed later this year.
The enhanced concessions programme is also expected to double the current participation rate of local and minority-owned companies, increase the number of concession jobs, and double retail sales figures during the next decade.
