SAUDI ARABIA. Catrion has joined forces with Airport Dimensions (part of the Collinson group) to advance airport hospitality services across Saudi Arabia, leveraging the Connecta digital platform as a key part of the initiative.

The move also reinforces Catrion’s commitment to Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which includes expanding tourism infrastructure and improving passenger services across the Kingdom’s aviation sector.

Under the agreement, the Saudi hospitality and catering company will leverage Airport Dimensions’ hospitality expertise. The collaboration will extend beyond traditional lounge operations through the introduction of globally proven concepts, digital integration and service offerings from key international airports.

The initiative focuses on developing what the partners describe as more integrated, scalable and commercially compelling offerings for airlines, airports and travel partners.

Both companies will work together to deliver integrated hospitality solutions that elevate passenger experiences while creating new commercial opportunities and reinforcing Catrion’s role in large-scale aviation and hospitality projects.

The partnership will also support Catrion in expanding its airport hospitality footprint, adopting proven international operating models and building on digital capabilities to enhance service quality, efficiency and scalability.

Airport Dimensions’ Connecta platform advances the airport lounge experience through seamless, personalised and data-driven services both in the lounge and across the passenger journey.

By integrating traveller touchpoints and real-time insights, Connecta improves operational performance and customer engagement, while also connecting the airport journey and commercial offerings across the terminal.

Catrion CEO Mohammed AlShuhail said, “This partnership reflects Catrion’s ongoing evolution as a key enabler of Saudi Arabia’s aviation ecosystem.

“By combining our 40 years of expertise in hospitality with the exceptional capabilities of Airport Dimensions, we are redefining passenger experience standards while supporting the ambitions of Saudi Vision 2030.”
