UK. The Nuance Group has announced the introduction of an Armani watch and jewellery range into its Goldsmiths stores sited at London Gatwick, London Stansted and Manchester International airports.
The company said that the exclusive airport retail contract with Armani “highlights the Nuance/Goldsmiths partnership as a key player in the watch and jewellery sector within the travel retail environment”.
Emporio Armani Orologi was created in 1997. In common with all Armani products, this watch collection brings a top-end fashion brand to the mass market. The watches embrace Giorgio Armani’s three golden rules on style and design: Eliminate the superfluous, emphasise the comfortable, acknowledge the elegance of the uncomplicated.
The range features distinctive interpretations of retro and modern design, ranging from traditional, timepieces to sleek sport watches. Irrespective of the style, the distinctive Armani name and eagle logo appear either etched into the casings or incorporated more subtly into the brand design.
The jewellery range features stylized yet contemporary sterling silver lines in classic Italian designs. The company said that the range’s “understated elegance but young at heart clean lines will appeal to a diverse audience. The line-up consists of neckwear, bracelets, cufflinks, dogtags and leather.
The Armani watch and jewellery range is available at the Nuance/Goldsmiths airport stores at London Gatwick Airport, north and south terminals, London Stansted Airport and also at Manchester International Airport, terminal one, in an exclusive to travel retail. Goldsmiths and The Nuance Group have been partners since 1992 when the first joint airport store was opened at Gatwick International Airport.
